No. Anyone can answer from a private link in any browser. If they join later with the same email, the plan is waiting for them.

No. Huiora knows the cities you choose: your home city and any you watch. With new-city check-ins turned on (optional, coming with the phone apps), it checks which city you’re in from time to time, keeps only the city, and when you’re somewhere new asks: “Looks like you’re in Salt Lake City. Want to tell people you know here?” Nothing is shared unless you say yes, and you can turn it off any time.

Yes. Make private groups for clients and colleagues, and send an I’m Coming before a work trip: only the people in that city hear about it. Groups are private, so a client never sees your other groups or who else you invited.

Only the people you send them to. People you invite don’t see each other unless they say Yes.

Within about 10 miles of the place. Friends further out can watch the city to hear about plans there.

I’m Coming only tells people who live near the place, watch it, or will be there at the same time. The review page before you send shows who and why.

Only if you choose to share it, and then only the day and month, never the year. It appears in your friends’ Don’t forget. Change it any time in Profile → About you.

The plan still goes out: the first 20 get it (people you picked by name first, then those who live nearest). Plus tells up to 100.
